 | | Orders for in-stock crowns that are received before 10:00 AM Central time are shipped same day.

 | | Credit card information will only be taken via phone. The following information will be needed:
| Card number, expiration date, and three digit security code. Name as shown on card. Expiration date of card. The address and zip code used for card billing. We will ship to this address.
 | | For crowns containing a pageant logo and/or name, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. | | | Deposit must be received by Endless Creations four (4) weeks prior to the need date before production will be started.

 | | For all other orders, a small deposit will be required before processing of the order will begin. The | | | required deposit amount will be assessed at the time of order, and you will be notified of the amount. (Deposits are usually 20 to 25% of the total order)

 | | Endless Creations accepts Pay Pal, most major credit cards, and certified funds. A three (3) percent | | | handling fee may be charged at the discretion of Endless Creations. Endless Creations reserves the right to not allow credit card useage on purchases, based on the requirements for our card processing.

 | | Discounted shipping rates apply to orders in excess of $1,000.00. This does not apply for sale items.

 | | We encourage shipping via FedEx 2-day due to the unparalleled "track" record we have experienced, | | | and to minimize possibility of damage. Other carriers are available, and can be requested (additional charges may apply) at the time of order.

 | | C.O.D. orders are shipped "Certified Funds Only".

 | | All orders must be receipt inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any Damages or order discrepancies | | | must be noted to Endless Creations within the 24 hour period.

 | | No returns on "sale" items.

 | | No returns after 7 days.

 | | Name and/or logo crowns, and seasonal crowns are not returnable.

 | | All other crowns are subject to a 25% restock fee plus shipping and handling charges. Credit will not | | | be issued if the merchandise is damaged.

 | | Crowns damaged in shipping will be, at the discretion of Endless Creations, repaired or replaced. | | | Endless Creations must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order of any damage. There is no charge for the repair service. Damaged crowns must be returned prepaid within 30 days. (See also "shipping information") Replacement crowns will not be shipped until damaged crowns are returned.

 | | All other repairs are subject to repair charges including all shipping and handling fees. Repair fees | | | are usually very small. Repair and shipping fees can only be assessed after the item is returned to us. We will contact you with the fee prior to initiating repairs.
